As a UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that drive business success. Professional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement UX designs that align with business objectives and satisfy user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and other UX research activities to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and visuals to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain and refine the design system to ensure consistency across products and improve the efficiency of design and development processes.
- Ensure the design system is continuously improved based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications
- Showcase of previous UX/UI design work
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or related field
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design tools such as Figma
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and iterate quickly
